August 2009 - AVM helps ICE Futures reduce costs and improve productivity

18/08/09

AVM, the leading audio visual and video conferencing system integrator in the UK, has provided ICE Futures (NYSE: ICE) with audio visual and videoconferencing solutions in their new office in the City of London. The systems were installed in the boardroom, training rooms, trading floor, meeting rooms, reception area and break out areas.

ICE Futures trades half of the world's crude and refined oil futures and needed to provide its traders and staff with digital signage, distributed TV and other time critical information.

AVM installed, commissioned and provided client training on the systems. AVM also maintains a wide range of audio visual and videoconferencing equipment for ICE Futures, ensuring minimum downtime on mission critical equipment as well as reducing costs, time and risk.

Michael Hooker, ICE Futures said "AVM was very helpful during the design, installation and commissioning phases of the project and met all their handover and completion deadlines. We are very happy with the quality and responsiveness of their maintenance and support teams."
